Most IBC tote containment pallets are 20 inches or higher so the tubs can meet container storage regulations in case of spillage or leakage. This means IBC oil/chemical totes or drums are set up high. If you mix product in totes you cannot reach the top without removing it. Drums also set too high if you dispense from them. Store IBC Totes and 55 Gallon Drums Together and Comply with Regulations With this new, patented containment system you can store either IBC oil/chemical totes or 55/30 gallon drums on the same pallet system knowing you can comply with containment regulations for both. With the tote containment pallets being only 8.75 inches high you can dispense from the bottom of the totes and at the same time reach the top of the tote. You can also safely dispense from drums because the oil/chemical totes are not so high in the air.

Modular Systems Available for Indoor or Outdoor Storage

The indoors modular system allows you to configure your components for whatever works best for your needs. The outdoor units have roll up and swing out doors for easy access. Contents is protected from the elements and are lockable.

How the Tote Spill Containment System Works

In addition to the heavy duty tote containment pallet the IBC sets on, each set-up comes with expansion tanks. The containment pallets are connected to allow flow from one to the other. In addition, the expansion tanks are connected to the pallets for additional capacity. This is how you are able to have low profile pallets yet still have the capacity to comply with regulations.

Easily Connect Pallets and Expansion Tanks

Each oil/chemical tote pallet has a 75 gallon capacity and each expansion tank has a 65 gallon capacity. They are connected with flow through bulkhead fittings which are included. Drill points on the sidewalls are clearly marked and detailed assembly instructions are included.

Complying with Regulations No Problem

Weather you use the indoor system or the outdoor storage pallets you are meeting all SPCC, EPA NPDES and BMP regulations. The containment sumps meet EPA Container Storage Regulations.

Made with Polyethylene Material

The platforms, grates, sides and doors of the IBC tote containment pallet units are made of heavy duty, 100% polyethylene. Polyethylene material is strong and resistant to most chemicals. Rust or corrosion is never a problem. The oil/chemical totes are easy to clean with soap and water after the leaked/spilled chemicals.
