Large Selection
If you use IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers) in your business you need IBC secondary spill containment pallets. These IBC spill containment pallets help you comply with regulations in case of a leak. Our selection for indoor use include units for single or double containers and a space saving model you can stack 2 totes on top of each other. Some units have drains to make cleaning leaks or spills a breeze.
All IBC spill containment pallets are made of heavy duty polyethylene except for one metal platform model. All tubs are high capacity for handling leaks from IBC, tote containers. Tubs are also made of polyethylene for excellent chemical compatibility except for one steel model we carry.
Polyethylene Constructed
100 percent polyethylene tubs and platforms are ideal for containment products because they are strong and resistant to most chemicals. These IBC spill containment pallets will not rust or corrode. Polyethylene is also easy to clean with soap and water after the leaked/spilled chemicals have been cleanup. Components of the IBC tote pallets can be removed for easier cleaning.
High Capacity Containment Sump
The sump capacity is 372 or 400 gallons on single IBC tote pallets to 535 gallons on twin units. Select the IBC spill containment pallet that conforms to the size of containers you have at your location to comply with SPCC and State/Federal regulations.
Easily Moved Empty with a Forklift
All IBC spill containment pallets can be moved with a forklift. Some units have forklift pockets. It is however NOT recommended to move pallets with tanks on top of them.
Convenient Bucket Shelf Options
Bucket shelf's are a great for catching leaks or drips from dispensing spouts. See item details below for this option. Bucket shelf's can hold a five-gallon bucket. Those that are factory installed allow the leaks or spills to flow back into the sump of the pallet. Details of each item in description below. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
