Acid Neutralizer Liquid equips your workplace for battery maintenance and spill clean up. This neutralizing and color indicating degreaser is ideal for cleaning battery acid spills or corrosion. It comes in convenient trigger spray bottles up to 55 gallon plastic drum containers.

Battery acid neutralizer liquid is a must have in automotive shops or facilities selling and storing large batteries. It offers a cost effective solution to help keep your equipment operating effectively. Poor battery maintenance results in less efficiency because acid accumulation and corrosion robs car batteries of energy. This means a battery will require more and longer charge times as well as more repairs.

This battery acid cleaner also helps comply with OSHA battery regulations to protect employee safety. Liquid is safer to use on a leaking battery than caustic sodas which can form a poisonous gas by-product. Our battery acid neutralizer is also more effective than baking soda which leaves a white paste residue.

Color change neutralization indicator

Spray the solution onto soiled equipment or battery then allow a few minutes for it to work. This purple liquid's color changing indicator lets you know when acids are neutralized to a safe pH range (and can also assist detecting battery leaks).

Dark gold indicates a strong acid and yellow/orange a mild acid. The solution turns back to purple once acid neutralization is complete. Use more neutralizer as necessary to completely remove battery acid (sulfuric acid), corrosion, grease and grime. Insure you achieve a uniform purple color on all equipment or batteries for safer handling.

Easy to use

This versatile and easy to use product neutralizes and cleans in one step. It is made of non-hazardous, environmentally friendly materials.

Spray directly onto car battery casing, cells and terminals or apply to a clean cloth and wipe over battery cables. Being a liquid, it infiltrates crevices and is safe to use on metal, plastic, rubber concrete and paint.

Not only does this product neutralize hazardous battery acid, but it removes grease and grime from battery terminals. Use a non-sparking brush, such as a soft toothbrush, to scrub and remove heavy acid corrosion.

Wipe the battery with a clean damp cloth after application. Or, rinse the battery acid spill area with water then allow it to air dry.

Note: This liquid battery acid neutralizer is not for use with hydrofluoric acid.
