Our fluorescent orange Safety Cones include mount slots for barricade rails and a road sign or LED light. They feature a lightweight, durable HDPE construction with a hollow base for sand/water ballast.

Easily stack these orange traffic cones for transportation or storage - HDPE will not stick together like vinyl. Fit an optional high intensity reflective collars and light to increase visibility for night time applications.

An extremely versatile road cone, use them around work areas or to alert of wet floor slip hazards. Deploy with i-beam rails to quickly cordon off construction areas or accident sites. Attach small parking signs for parking lots or check-in zones. They are also an excellent safety product for emergency responders at traffic incidents.

Durable HDPE construction

These traffic safety cones feature a high density polyethylene construction. Like PVC, this material offers excellent resistance to chemicals, water vapor and weathering. HDPE is able to withstand higher temperatures than LDPE traffic or construction cones.

Therefore, these fluorescent orange cones are ideal for use in a wide range of weather conditions. At 42" tall, they offer high visibility in traffic control situations unlike other shorter designs like collapsible traffic cones.

Attach traffic signs or barrier rails

The top of the safety cone features a molded-in mount hole and a flat shelf area. This hole accepts either an LED safety light or small road sign. The flat ledge design secures the light or sign in an upright position so it doesn't slide around. Contact us for standard road signage orders, including stop and no parking signs.

Two keyhole slots in the cone stem are ideal for mounting larger traffic signs or plastic i-Beam barrier rails. Available in 2', 3', 4' or 6' lengths, rails are a great way to quickly set up a temporary cordon around construction site work areas. Mount stop or parking signs for pedestrian safety applications. For example in parking structures or cross-walk zones.

Ballast with water or sand

This orange cone's hollow base design holds up to 23 lbs or sand or water for ballasting in windy conditions. Alternatively, drop a sand bag directly over the square base to hold the cone in place.

Optional reflective collars

These traffic and parking cones are available with optional microprism reflective collars, in 4" or 6" lengths. In conjunction with a high-intensity light, microprism sheeting helps increase visibility during night time use.

Sheeting grade options

• Engineer Grade (EG) - returns a basic amount of light back to its source. Lifespan: 5 years.
• High Intensity Prismatic (HI) - returns approximately 32% of light. Visibility: between 800 to 1,200 feet away. Lifespan: 10 years.
• Diamond Grade (DG) returns approximately 60% of light. Visibility: between 1,300 and 1,600 feet away. Lifespan: 12 years.
