These Galvanized Steel Type II Safety Cans are just what you need to safely transfer flammable, combustible and other volatile liquid chemicals from source to point of use.
Eagle Type II (Type 2) safety cans feature two separate openings. One for filling the container and one for dispensing the contents.
Each opening contains a brass anti-spark device to reduce or eliminate the risk of explosion.
Color options for Type II safety cans and safety containers
Our Eagle Type 2 Safety Cans include 4 different colors so you can color code for type of fluid in can:
- Gasoline (red)
- Diesel (yellow)
- Kerosene (blue)
- Combustible liquids (green)

Our 5 gallon cans measure 12¼" around, 13½" tall and weigh 10 pounds when empty.
