The 220V SmartAsh Portable Incinerator by Elastec is an innovative cyclonic barrel burner designed for international locations and remote operations where 220-volt power is the standard. It uses forced air to create a whirlwind of fire and intense heat inside a standard 55-gallon (208-liter) steel drum (not included), burning approved non-hazardous refuse with minimal smoke, minimal odor, and only 1–3% ash residue.
This self-contained, portable waste destruction system is ideal for military bases, mining camps, disaster relief areas, expedition bases, and remote communities worldwide where conventional waste disposal services are unavailable. Simply load the drum, light the refuse, and clamp on the lid — the SmartAsh creates a cyclonic whirlwind of fire reaching 1,000–1,400°F, efficiently reducing waste volumes on-site.
The SmartAsh burns soiled absorbent materials, paper waste, used oil filters, wood, food waste, oily rags, and waste oil (with optional OilAway attachment). It meets EPA requirements for burning non-hazardous refuse under EPA Regulation 40 CFR Part 60. Constructed with a 304 stainless steel lid and powder-coated tubular steel frame, with brass-bearing wheels for easy mobility across job sites.
