Product Information
IBC totes can take up a lot of floor space in your warehouse. If you are short on inside space, our covered IBC tote spill containment pallets may be the answer. You can safely store your IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers) storage container outside. IBC tote spill containment pallets help you comply with regulations, are a one-time cost, and can help you better control the material in your totes because they are lockable.
Models available are for single or double IBC totes. Both are available with or without drains.
Protection from the Weather - Comply with Regulations
Even though you are storing IBC tanks outside you are meeting Storm Water Management Regulations as long as the units are used as instructed. The IBC tote containment sumps meet EPA Container Storage Regulations.
Easy Access for Moving Totes In or Out
With roll top doors and/or doors that swing out you have great access to move IBC totes in or out with a forklift. These spill containment pallets allow for safe handling of and dispensing of material. The entire containment unit has forklift pockets for moving the unit without totes stored in it.
Containment Pallets Made of Polyethylene Material Are the Best
The platforms, grates, tubs, sides and doors are made of heavy duty, 100% polyethylene. Polyethylene material is strong and resistant to most chemicals. Rust or corrosion is never a problem. IBC tote spill containment pallets are easy to clean with soap and water after the leaked/spilled chemicals are soaked up. Item A28677J is made with 40% recycled polyethylene while the other units are made with up to 18% recycled material.
High Capacity Containment Sump
The sump capacity for each unit is noted below in the item description. Twin units must have compatible chemicals store in them because there is no barrier between the two units. Select the tote spill containment pallet that conforms to the size of tote IBC containers you have at your location to comply with SPCC and EPA regulations.
Convenient Bucket Shelf Options
Bucket shelves are great for catching leaks or drips from dispensing spouts. See item details below for this option. Bucket shelf can hold a five-gallon bucket. Not available for all units.

All outdoors IBC tote containment pallets ship LTL. Some require some assembly. After ordering we will contact you for your approval of the shipping costs before we process your order. Please feel free to contact us at (800)869-9633 or by email.
