Our high visibility Traffic Cones come in several different material, size, cone color, and weight options. They are also available with or without high intensity reflective striping.

PVC and polyethylene models easily stack to transport on truck beds or vehicle cone holders. Lightweight pop-up spring cones offer excellent portability with considerable weight and space savings versus traditional cones.

Orange traffic cones have many applications from work zone or road safety, to incident management sites. Lime green safety cones are a popular choice for pedestrian uses such as school zones, bus stops, and playgrounds. Safety cones also act as hazard markers, for example to alert slippery floors or janitorial maintenance.

The 28in or 36in orange traffic safety cones are suitable for use in higher speed roadways or at night. Our smaller 18in height models are best for low speed zones as well as general safety applications like parking cones.

PVC orange traffic cones

Our traditional injection-molded PVC orange traffic safety cones are available in either 18 inch or 28 inch heights. The one-piece cones have a black base and weigh 3lb or 7lb respectively. Both cone heights include high visibility reflective collars that are MUTCD compliant for night time performance.

These stackable traffic safety cones provide good stability and anti-skid grip on road surfaces. They are also compatible with our optional telescoping cone bars, for use as a temporary barrier system.

Pop-up spring orange collapsible traffic cones

Our flexible spring cones use bright orange mesh material with reflective collars and heavy duty 3lb or 5lb rubber bases. They come in 18" height. When not in use, these cones compress and fold down for easy storage in portable steel wire totes for 2, 4, 5 or 6 cones. A larger steel utility box holds 10 cones.

Spring cones weigh considerably less and require a fraction of storage space versus traditional road cones. Their compact, collapsible design makes them an excellent emergency safety product for stowing in trucks or vehicle trunks.

The spring loaded traffic cones pop up and bounce into shape for fast and convenient deployment. The flexible mesh construction offers effective spill wind and increases the cone's stability. Even in heavy traffic conditions, the rubber base securely holds cones in place and provides excellent road grip.

Ideal for temporary traffic control, use spring cones to safely delineate traffic in work zones or incident scenes. Spring cones accept optional cone lights in the top to increase visibility in low light conditions.

Recyclable orange and green reflective traffic cones

With a low density polyethylene (LDPE) body and rubber base, these stackable road cones offer excellent durability. They are available in 18", 28" and 36" heights. The lime green or fluorescent orange cones have reflective collar sheeting and a black base. Cones are MUTCD compliant and NCHRP 350 eligible.

The 28 and 36 inch heights have 7lb, 10lb, and 12lb interchangeable rubber base weights. A cuff grip on the neck means these cones are easy for road crews to grab, lift, and move. This groove cuff also makes it simple to tie off caution tape or attach the optional retractable cone bar to create a temporary barrier.

A wide body and low center of gravity—with a 76° angle tipping weight—ensures superior stability versus other standard traffic cones. Up to 80% of the cone weight is in the recycled rubber base. This helps keep the cones in place during wind gusts and passing vehicle air flow.

The two-piece breakaway design is rip-resistant, flexible and able to withstand tire impact from most vehicles. Following a hit, simply reshape the cone and drop the base on top to connect, then redeploy. If the traffic cone body becomes unusable, order a replacement and reuse the black base.

Even in the hottest temperatures up to 180°F, these traffic safety cones will not sag or droop. UV stabilizers ensure the cone colors will not fade. They also resist cracking or shattering in extreme conditions down to -45°F.

Featuring 80% recycled materials by weight, these long-life safety cones qualify for Green Points. They are also recyclable in the event of damage. This makes them both economical and more environmentally friendly by reducing landfill waste.

Retractable cone bar barrier systems

Telescoping barricade bars are made of durable ABS plastic with reflective sheeting and come in two lengths. The 2" diameter yellow and black bars expand from 4' up to 6.5' long. Our 2" diameter orange and white striping bars telescope from 5.5' to 10.5' long. A 3.25" loop on each end of the bar hooks over the neck of our LDPE or PVC traffic cones.

These versatile bars quickly convert standard parking cones to a traffic control safety product. Deploy them around industrial work areas to create a physical barrier that protects workers or pedestrians. The barricade bars are also suitable for use with other delineator post traffic safety products.
